On the evening of July 10, at 4/10 Square (Ba Che town), Ba Che district held a launching ceremony to respond to the implementation of Resolution 17-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee "On building and promoting cultural values, human strength of Quang Ninh to become an endogenous resource, a driving force for rapid and sustainable development".
Over the past years, the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Ba Che district have united and strived to carry out the tasks of economic and social development, Party building, and government building, and achieved important initial results. However, due to the characteristics of a large area, scattered population, and many ethnic groups, the cultural enjoyment needs of the people are also very diverse and different. In addition, the negative side of the market mechanism along with the development of social networks leads to the risk of some good traditional values being lost; the feelings, values, social norms and awareness of some cadres, party members and people are affected.
Therefore, immediately after Resolution No. 17-NQ/TU was issued, the District Party Committee developed and issued an Action Program to implement the Resolution with the goal of: Creating strong changes in innovation, creativity, and aspiration to build a developed, rich, civilized Ba Che with a strong national cultural identity; self-reliance, self-strengthening to develop Ba Che people comprehensively, with social responsibility, civic duty, respect for the law, love for the homeland and country, closely linking and harmonizing the system of values of Quang Ninh people: "Courage, self-strengthening, discipline, solidarity, loyalty, generosity, creativity, civilization"; and the unique characteristics of Ba Che people are "friendliness, sincerity".
Based on local practices and cultural traditions of ethnic communities in the area, Ba Che district will implement 5 groups of tasks: Focus on propagating and thoroughly understanding the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions of Resolution 17 to cadres, party members and people in the district, in order to enhance the role and position of culture, create resources for cultural and human development; promote the capacity and responsibility of leaders in building and promoting cultural values and human strength in the district, creating a clear shift from the district to the grassroots and in each agency, unit, enterprise, family and person. Implement the construction, supplementation and completion of village and neighborhood covenants and regulations associated with implementing democracy at the grassroots level; Building a clean, healthy, progressive, innovative cultural environment in the community, improving the quality of the movements "All people unite to build a cultural life", "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas". Improving the quality, protecting and taking care of the health of people in the district; widely implementing the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promoting lifelong learning". Preserving, restoring and promoting tangible and intangible cultural values associated with tourism development. Building and developing advanced literature and art, imbued with national identity.
Also at the launching ceremony, representatives of the emulation blocs signed an emulation agreement, demonstrating the determination of the entire district political system, working together to build Ba Che culture and people to truly become an endogenous strength, resource and driving force for rapid and sustainable development, contributing to the overall development of the province.
