Kim Son District Party Committee organizes study and dissemination of documents of the Politburo and Secretariat

On the morning of April 26, Kim Son District Party Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat for key officials of the district.

At the conference, delegates studied and thoroughly grasped documents, including: Regulation No. 131-QD/TW, dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing corruption and negativity in inspection, supervision, enforcement of Party discipline and in inspection and auditing activities; Decision No. 139-QD/TW, dated January 4, 2024 of the Politburo promulgating the inspection process of the Politburo and the Secretariat; Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW, dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo on innovating and improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period; Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new period; Directive No. 27-CT/TW dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in practicing thrift and combating waste.

Comrade Head of the Kim Son District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission disseminated Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo at the conference.

Delegates also listened to the implementation of Directive No. 25-CT/TW, dated October 25, 2023 of the Secretariat on continuing to consolidate, improve and enhance the quality of grassroots health care activities in the new situation; Directive No. 28-CT/TW, dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the care, education and protection of children to meet the requirements of developing a prosperous and happy country; Directive No. 29-CT/TW, dated January 5, 2024 of the Politburo on universal education, compulsory education, adult literacy and promoting student streaming in general education; Conclusion No. 69-KL/TW dated January 11, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW dated November 1, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on developing science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration; Conclusion No. 70-KL/TW dated January 31, 2024 of the Politburo on developing physical training and sports in the new period.

These are resolutions and specialized documents with orientation, clearly defining the Party's viewpoints on important contents, affecting many aspects of Party building work, building the political system and urgent issues arising in socio-economic development; science and technology; health, education, child care and protection; physical education and sports; practicing thrift, fighting waste and promoting the role of entrepreneurs in the new period.

In order for the documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat to be seriously implemented, the leaders of Kim Son District Party Committee requested the Party Committees, affiliated Party cells, relevant agencies and units to urgently develop plans, direct the organization of studying and disseminating the documents in a form suitable to the actual conditions of the locality, to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
