According to data updated as of the afternoon of May 29th, the entire province has had 100,100 installations of the i-HaTinh application. To date, 90 units have also participated in receiving and processing reports from the field.

Not only has i-HaTinh recorded growth in the number of users, but it is also demonstrating an increasingly prominent role in connecting citizens with the government in the digital environment. A total of 2,798 feedback, suggestions, and opinions have been submitted to the system through the application and the hotline 19009038.

Of these, the i-HaTinh application received 1,778 on-site reports, equivalent to over 60% of the total reports and feedback across the entire system. The reports mainly concerned issues related to people's lives such as infrastructure, environment, transportation, public sanitation, and security and order.
To date, 1,223 complaints have been received and forwarded to relevant authorities, 1,100 have been processed, 123 are currently being processed, and none are overdue.

This result shows that the feedback processing system is operating quite synchronously, and also demonstrates a shift in how citizens participate in social management, from direct, manual feedback to digital interaction with addresses, procedures, and the ability to track processing progress.
Besides reporting on the situation, citizens also use the application to provide feedback on management and operation activities. The entire system has recorded 477 suggestions through the i-HaTinh application; of which 248 suggestions have been received and processed.
In addition, the 19009038 hotline continued to play a supportive role, receiving 543 complaints, suggestions, and opinions through calls.
Notably, to date, the system has recorded 642 reviews, of which 493 were satisfied, accounting for approximately 77%, and 149 were dissatisfied. This rate shows that i-HaTinh has initially gained the trust of users, but it also highlights the need to continue improving processing quality, shortening response times, and perfecting the user experience.
