International Workplace Group (IWG), the world's leading provider of hybrid work solutions, opens a workplace in November 2024.
The group plans to open three new coworking spaces in Vietnam by 2025, to meet the growing demand for flexible and professional workspaces in major cities.
IWG plans to open three new Regus locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, including Regus UDIC N04 Building; Regus Mach Building and Regus Epic Building. The addition of IWG’s new locations comes after the company achieved its highest ever revenue, cash flow and profit and achieved rapid network expansion, signing 465 new locations in the first half of 2024 alone.
Coworking space is a place to share an office space with the capacity for many companies to work together to optimize costs.
The hybrid workspace model has seen significant growth post-COVID-19. As companies adopt this working model in the long term, it is predicted that 30% of all commercial real estate will be shared offices by 2030. Hybrid working helps companies significantly reduce costs, saving an average of VND268 million per employee.
Shared office integrates common workspace facilities, meeting rooms, etc., providing a comfortable and modern experience.
The new Regus locations will offer amenities including private offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and creative spaces.
“The opening of three new locations in Vietnam marks an important milestone in our growth strategy,” said Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder of IWG. “IWG aims to provide flexible and modern shared offices that meet the growing needs of businesses, thereby improving productivity and employee satisfaction.”
