During the visit of the Minister of Public Security to the Russian Federation and participation in the first International Security Forum organized by the Russian Security Council, G-Group Technology Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with partners Kaspersky and NST GROUP. The agreement establishes a focus on transferring core technologies, enhancing technological self-reliance in the Vietnamese market, and building a mechanism for in-depth cybersecurity intelligence.

Representatives from G-Group, NST GROUP, and KASPERSKY signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the presence of the Minister of Public Security.
Enhancing technological autonomy and protecting government information infrastructure.
According to the cooperation agreement, Kaspersky will support G-Group in enhancing its autonomy in controlling and operating systems on government infrastructure platforms, directly contributing to national security. This collaboration will not only optimize risk management on critical systems but also create a foundation for improving the safety, stability, and continuity of digital infrastructure operations.
Furthermore, the cooperation agreement focuses on technology transfer and the co-development of a next-generation security solution ecosystem. Accordingly, the parties will collaborate on research, deployment, and optimization of key solutions such as endpoint security, next-generation firewalls (NGFWs), application layer firewalls (WAFs), network intrusion detection devices (NDRs), and a cybersecurity intelligence storage platform.
These are core technological components in modern digital defense architecture, enabling organizations to monitor, detect, and respond to attack threats in real time. Gradually mastering these technologies will not only increase the self-reliance of Vietnamese businesses in the field of cybersecurity, but also open up the possibility of developing security platforms tailored to the specific characteristics of the domestic digital infrastructure and operational requirements of the market.

Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang and other delegates attended the signing ceremony.
Connecting global best practices and knowledge in cybersecurity intelligence.
Another key pillar of the agreement is the establishment of a cybersecurity intelligence mechanism based on the principle of compliance with security responsibilities and the legal regulations of each country. The emphasis of this mechanism is the synergy between practical data and international knowledge. Accordingly, Kaspersky will provide training, operational guidance on the Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP), and share global cybersecurity intelligence data with its Vietnamese partner. This connection helps bridge the gap between the pace of global security technology development and the practical application capabilities in the domestic market. Through access to Kaspersky's vast intelligence data combined with G-Group's deep understanding of the domestic infrastructure, organizations can proactively identify and prevent sophisticated attack scenarios from the initial stages, creating new standards for the domestic cybersecurity market.
Sharing their strategic vision for this international signing, a representative from G-Group Technology Corporation affirmed: “In the digital age, cybersecurity capabilities will be one of the decisive factors in determining each nation’s technological standing. We not only deploy security solutions but also aim to deeply participate in the global technology value chain, from data to mastering core defense layers. The collaboration with Kaspersky lays the foundation for Vietnamese businesses to gradually establish themselves as a truly capable technological link in the international cybersecurity ecosystem.”
In the next phase, building on the friendly relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, specific cooperation programs will continue to be promoted to enhance the capacity to protect digital infrastructure and strengthen the ability to respond to cross-border cybersecurity risks.
