Accordingly, on September 2, the Hanoi People's Committee allowed Hoan Kiem district to extend the operating hours of walking spaces in the district from August 30, 2024 (Friday) to September 3, 2024 (Tuesday) during the National Day holiday in 2024.

Specifically: The walking space around Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding areas will operate from 7:00 p.m. on August 30, 2024 (Friday) to 12:00 a.m. on September 3, 2024 (Tuesday).

Walking streets in the Old Quarter area operate from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. every day from August 30, 2024 to September 3, 2024.

The walking space around Hoan Kiem Lake attracts an average of 20,000-25,000 domestic and foreign tourists per day, of which about 3,000 to 5,000 people during the day and about 15,000 to 20,000 people in the evening.
