65 new union members were admitted.

(CT) - On May 26th, the grassroots trade union of Lee&Man Vietnam Paper Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to admit new union members. Ms. Tran Ngoc My, Vice President of the Can Tho City Federation of Labor, attended the event.

Ms. Tran Ngoc My, Vice President of the Can Tho City Federation of Labor, presents the decision to admit new union members at the Lee&Man Vietnam Paper Company Limited's grassroots trade union.

At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Company's Trade Union announced the decision to admit 65 workers into the trade union organization, bringing the total number of union members in the Company to over 500, achieving a membership rate of 70% of the total workforce.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Ngoc My expressed her hope that the new union members would quickly learn and understand their rights and obligations; continuously improve their skills, strictly adhere to labor discipline, actively participate in emulation movements, and contribute to the overall development of the Company. She also requested that the Company's grassroots trade union continue to play its role as a bridge between employees and the enterprise; and take care of the material and spiritual well-being of union members and employees.
