Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road 3 is accelerating towards completion by the end of 2026.

The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, a strategic inter-regional transportation route, has reached approximately 76% completion. Currently, the contractors are focusing resources and accelerating construction progress to achieve completion by the end of 2026, contributing to reducing traffic congestion and promoting economic development in the southern region.

Package XL6 (the section passing through the former Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, and Binh Chanh areas) is approximately 6 km long. A consortium of 5 contractors is deploying hundreds of workers and dozens of machines and equipment, organizing construction in "3 shifts and 4 teams" to ensure the set progress. Currently, package XL6 has reached about 73% completion.

Section 1 of the underpass on Provincial Road 15 has been opened to traffic.
