• Strengthening the Party's power through inspection and supervision.
  • Comrade Ha Quoc Tri: Shift from a passive to an active approach in inspection and supervision, preventing serious violations from occurring.
  • The inspection and supervision team of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Central Committee worked in Ca Mau.

This has also been a consistent requirement throughout the 14th Party Congress term: perfecting institutions, removing bottlenecks, improving governance effectiveness, and building a government that serves the people even better.

Monitoring to keep the new system running smoothly.

Recently, within the framework of inspecting and monitoring the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee in relation to the operation of the two-tiered local government model, Inspection and Monitoring Team No. 22 of the Politburo and the Secretariat, chaired by Comrade Bui Van Nghiem, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, and Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 22, worked with many agencies, units, and localities in the province: the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and localities after mergers such as Tan Loc, Ho Thi Ky, Tan Thanh, and Hoa Thanh. Departments and agencies such as Finance, Construction, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, Science and Technology, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board... All are subject to comprehensive inspection and supervision during the implementation of central government policies and resolutions, linked to the practical operation of the new apparatus.

Notably, the monitoring focuses on the actual operational efficiency of local governments. From whether administrative procedures for citizens are handled smoothly; whether coordination between agencies is synchronized; whether officials meet job requirements; to the timely understanding and handling of people's concerns and aspirations... all become regular monitoring topics.

This shows that supervision is becoming an important "channel" for the central government to grasp the practical realities from the grassroots level, while also helping localities proactively resolve difficulties and avoid being passive in the process of transforming the management model.

The warm smiles and dedicated service of the staff at the public administrative service center are a vivid image of a service-oriented administration; they also reflect the effectiveness of regular inspection and supervision, contributing to ensuring that administrative procedures are always handled smoothly and without interruption to serve the people.
