Opening of the 2025 National Bodybuilding Championships

On the afternoon of May 27, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Long An organized the opening ceremony of the 32nd National Club Bodybuilding Championship and the 2025 National Youth Bodybuilding Championship.

At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Class Labor Medal of the President and the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to the coaches and athletes of the Vietnam Bodybuilding Team to recognize and honor the outstanding contributions of the coaches and athletes who have brought glory to Vietnamese sports in the international arena in 2024.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Long An, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Tournament Nguyen Thanh Thanh said that the 32nd National Club Bodybuilding Championship took place from May 27 to 31, gathering 300 excellent athletes from 20 bodybuilding clubs nationwide, competing in more than 40 categories of the following events: men's bodybuilding, women's bodybuilding, mixed doubles, fitness and athletic physique.

The 2025 National Youth Bodybuilding Championship will take place from June 2 to 4 with the participation of 9 sports delegations and 120 young athletes from all provinces and cities across the country. The tournament aims to discover and nurture young bodybuilding talents, and is also an opportunity for professional exchange between high-performance sports training units. During the 3 official competition days, athletes will compete in 24 events, including the categories: bodybuilding, fitness, athletic physique for both men and women.
