Opening of the 2nd Provincial Public Security Mass Art Performance

On the evening of September 16, Lai Chau Provincial Police held the opening ceremony of the 2nd Mass Art Festival in 2025 with the theme "80 years of heroic song forever echoing".

The festival was attended by nearly 600 officers, soldiers, and actors from 23 mass art teams with 115 outstanding performances from departments under the Provincial Police.

With art forms: singing, dancing, music, theater (drama), the troupes will bring performances praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country; the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force in general, Lai Chau Public Security in particular in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland; praising the spirit of solidarity and cohesion of the Public Security force, ready to overcome difficulties, hardships, and sacrifice for national security, for the peaceful life and happiness of the people...

Representatives of the Provincial Police Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department presented commemorative medals, flowers and took souvenir photos with the delegations participating in the performance.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Colonel Sung A Sua - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee emphasized: The second mass art festival in 2025 is a practical political and cultural activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Tradition Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

At the same time, it is also an activity to maintain and promote the cultural and artistic movement to improve the spiritual life of officers and soldiers, an opportunity for units to exchange and learn experiences in organizing cultural and artistic activities to serve the work of propaganda, political and ideological education, helping officers and soldiers improve their mettle, build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, gradually modernized police force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Thereby, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, motivating officers and soldiers to constantly practice ethics and lifestyle, excellently completing assigned tasks, contributing to ensuring security and order, successfully implementing the goals and tasks of socio -economic development of the province, building a beautiful image of police soldiers in the hearts of the people.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, there were special performances by 4 units: Mobile Police Department, Logistics Department, Internal Political Security Department, and Office of the Investigation Police Agency. The performance is expected to close on the evening of September 19.
