On the evening of September 12th, at Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the "Exhibition Space for Introducing OCOP Products, High-Tech Agricultural Products, and Delicious Dishes of Lam Dong".

6 (3) — Delegates attending the Opening Ceremony

Attending the opening ceremony were: Mr. Da Cat Vinh, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Dinh Van Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee; and leaders from various departments, agencies, associations, communes, wards, businesses, and cooperatives.

Lam Dong Province, blessed with a mild climate, fertile soil, abundant resources, and diverse culture, is the cradle of many renowned agricultural products and an attractive tourist destination. It is also a melting pot of cuisine from all three regions of Vietnam, creating a vibrant and captivating culinary landscape.

6 (1) — Comrade Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the ceremony.

"The 'Exhibition Space for OCOP Products, High-Tech Agricultural Products, and Delicious Dishes of Lam Dong' is a place that brings together OCOP products and typical agricultural models from all communes and wards. At the same time, it introduces culinary culture, folk games, and traditional art performances for the enjoyment of locals and tourists."

The event is an opportunity to promote local potential, connect product consumption, and boost the value chain of production-processing-consumption in agriculture. It is also an attractive destination for tourists to visit and shop.

7 (2) — Cutting the ribbon to inaugurate the space

The exhibition space features 52 booths from 52 businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities, including: 34 OCOP units, 7 high-tech agricultural units, 1 tourism unit, and 10 units showcasing delicious dishes. Thousands of products displayed in this space will leave a lasting impression on locals and tourists alike.

8 (3) — Comrade Da Cat Vinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visits the exhibition space.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Dinh Van Tuan emphasized, "The 'Exhibition Space for OCOP Products, High-Tech Agriculture and Delicious Dishes of Lam Dong 2025' is an opportunity to promote the province's specialties, especially OCOP-certified products, the 'Da Lat - A Miraculous Quintessence from Fertile Land' brand, and distinctive cuisine to locals and tourists."

2 (3) — Locals and tourists visit and shop at the stalls.

Following the merger, Lam Dong has become a region with rich potential for tourism development. This is considered a key economic sector of the province, leveraging its strengths in resources, culture, and human capital. The province pays special attention to building and enhancing the brand of OCOP (One Commune One Product) products, connecting high-tech agriculture with tourism, increasing the value of agricultural products, creating sustainable livelihoods for the people, and affirming its position on the national economic and tourism map.

The event also contributes to supporting businesses and cooperatives in promoting their products, expanding markets, and finding partners. This, in turn, effectively promotes local economic development.
