This morning (November 20), at meeting room A3 - Lai Chau Provincial Cultural Conference Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the opening of the training course to improve capacity for grassroots propagandists in villages, hamlets, and residential groups under the Sub-project on Poverty Reduction on Information under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction by 2025.

The opening of the training course had 132 trainees - comrades who are Secretaries, Village Chiefs, Heads of the Fatherland Front Committees of villages, hamlets, and residential groups from the communes of Khun Ha, Ta Leng, Binh Lu, Ban Bo, Nam Tam, Sin Suoi Ho, Pa Tan, and Pu Sam Cap; representatives of leaders of specialized departments and units under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ;...

Speaking at the opening of the training course, comrade Luu Hong Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that grassroots information work always holds a very important position in conveying the Party's guidelines and policies; the State's policies and laws to the people; at the same time, promptly reflecting the people's thoughts and aspirations to the authorities at all levels. The grassroots propaganda team is the force that directly carries out this task in the residential community - the place closest to the people.

In order for the training course to achieve high results, the Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested: The Organizing Committee of the training course to prepare carefully, coordinate closely in the management and service of the course. The reporters and lecturers of the training course should promote a sense of responsibility, fully and deeply convey professional content to the trainees. The trainees should promote a sense of learning, seriously absorb, actively exchange and discuss, and boldly raise difficulties and problems in practice so that the reporters and lecturers can guide and promptly answer them.

After the opening, trainees will be trained according to the program content with the following topics: Some basic issues on grassroots information; Skills in resolving conflicts and handling media crises at the grassroots level; Skills in organizing propaganda and oral propaganda; Application of digital technology in information and propaganda work at the grassroots level.

The training course will take place over 03 days (from November 20 - 22, 2025).
