Opening of the thematic exhibition “Revolutionary Path. Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China”

On the afternoon of May 10, in Guangzhou City, China, the Ho Chi Minh Museum coordinated with the Guangdong Museum of Revolutionary History to open the thematic exhibition "Revolutionary Path. Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China", on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (1950-2025). Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum attended and opened the exhibition.

President Ho Chi Minh was the founder and leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam . He was the great leader of the Vietnamese people and an old friend who was highly respected by the Chinese people.

Since arriving in Guangzhou in November 1924, President Ho Chi Minh has been engaged in revolutionary activities in China for 12 years. He founded the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association and opened political training classes for Vietnamese youth in Guangzhou, and founded the Communist Party of Vietnam in Hong Kong, laying a solid foundation for Vietnam's revolutionary cause. During the Chinese people's war of resistance against Japan, President Ho Chi Minh visited Yan'an, Guilin, Chongqing, Kunming and many other places, actively participating in and supporting China's resistance, fighting side by side with the Chinese people and cultivating a deep friendship. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he visited China many times, his footprints spread across China, deepening the friendly relationship between the two peoples.

Under the dedicated building and nurturing of previous generations of leaders such as Mao Zedong and Ho Chi Minh, the people of Vietnam and China have stood side by side through the difficult years of fighting for national independence and liberation, and together advanced on the path of building new socialism. Throughout history, the people of China and Vietnam have always accompanied each other, shared the joys and sorrows, and together wrote glorious pages of history about China-Vietnam friendship.

Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, affirmed: This is a meaningful cultural activity, making a practical and effective contribution to the Vietnam - China Humanitarian Exchange Year 2025, contributing to fostering "Vietnam - China Friendship Forever Green" as President Ho Chi Minh once said.

The exhibition will be introduced at the Guangdong Museum of Revolutionary History, China from May 10 to August 10, 2025 and will be introduced at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Ho Chi Minh City branch and Gia Lai Provincial Museum in May and June 2025.
