On the morning of March 26th, the Provincial Department of Health, in coordination with the People's Committee of Son Vi commune, organized a "Free Health Check-up for All Citizens" program for people in the border area.

The activity involved doctors and medical staff from Ha Giang General Hospital, Ha Giang Traditional Medicine Hospital, Meo Vac Regional General Hospital, Meo Vac Regional Health Center, and the Son Vi Border Guard Post's medical corps.

During the program, residents received general health check-ups and screenings for non-communicable diseases such as blood pressure measurement, cardiovascular examination, ultrasound, respiratory, ear-nose-throat, and diabetes screenings. In addition, residents received health advice, free medication, and guidance on health care measures for themselves, their families, and the community.

As a result, nearly 500 people received free medical examinations and medication.
