Explore Bu Gia Map tourism

On weekends or holidays during the year, if you are afraid of spending a lot of money, traveling far, having to endure the jostling, "ripping off", and traffic jams for hours when traveling or relaxing in other provinces, then traveling within the province is the choice.

According to the Bu Gia Map National Park Management Board, the number of visitors coming to visit and relax at the park from 2022 to present is about 5,000, an increase of about 1,000 compared to last year.

To explore the national park, if time is limited, visitors should arrange at least 1.5 days and 1 night. This period of time is enough for visitors to travel, experience, and explore many places such as Dak Mai 1 waterfall, Hoa Mai lake, visit heritage trees, pine hills, and especially immerse themselves in the beautiful poetic nature here. The evening is a suitable time to organize cultural and artistic exchanges, and enjoy the unique dishes of the Stieng people.

Here are some beautiful pictures of Dak Mai 1 waterfall and Bu Gia Map National Park:

The first destination for tourists is the provincial relic - Dak Mai 1 waterfall, located in Bu Nga village, Bu Gia Map commune. This is a pristine and new tourist area, one of the ideal check-in spots in Binh Phuoc today.

In the afternoon, visitors can choose to pedal on swan boats to visit and experience around the 2-hectare Hoa Mai Lake belonging to the Bu Gia Map National Park Management Board.

Next to Hoa Mai Lake is the Center for Rescue, Conservation and Development of Creatures. This is where the Bu Gia Map National Park Management Board receives animals belonging to extremely rare and endangered groups such as gibbons, lorises, otters (group 1B) and high-risk groups such as pythons, ferrets, turtles (group 2B) for training, rehabilitation, nurturing, and when qualified, they will be released back into the natural forest.

The second day will be a journey of discovery and excursion to Bu Gia Map National Park. The first stop is right at the gate of the park, visitors will visit and take souvenir photos at the historical relic of the resistance war - the end point of the oil pipeline system during the resistance war against the US to save the country.

From Ranger Station No. 2, you can explore nature by walking down to Dak Ka, Dak Manh and Luu Ly streams. On the route, visitors can immerse themselves in the natural forest, pass through many forest habitats, admire and listen to explanations about rare animals and plants such as the douc langur, yellow-cheeked gibbon or red wood, rosewood, and rosewood trees, etc., especially experience the skills of going to the forest, wading and bathing in the stream.

Recently, the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment has recognized 39 trees under the management of Bu Gia Map National Park Management Board as Vietnam Heritage Trees. This is also an ideal destination for tourists to visit and take souvenir photos.

In addition to cars, visitors can travel by motorbike to visit places in Bu Gia Map National Park according to their preferences.
