Urgently propose investment policy for Provincial Funeral Home Project

On the morning of September 18, comrade Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to leaders of departments and branches report on the implementation of the Provincial Funeral Home Project.

According to the report, in 2024, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to propose an investment policy for the Provincial Funeral Home Project with an area of ​​over 2.5 hectares, in Tay Nha Trang Ward. The Provincial People's Committee has a policy of calling for socialized capital to implement the project. Up to now, 2 businesses have expressed interest in investing in the project. However, the problem is that in 2024, the project implementation area has not yet been approved for the Project to adjust the zoning plan of the western Nha Trang area. By early 2025, this plan has been approved by the competent authority, which is an important basis for the project to continue to be implemented.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

After listening to reports from departments, branches and localities, comrade Nguyen Long Bien agreed on the investment policy to build the Provincial Funeral Home Project from socialized sources, ensuring the correct order, procedures and regulations of the law. He assigned the Department of Finance to research and work with businesses interested in the project, thereby proposing the investment policy to report to the competent authority for consideration and decision.
