The newly opened park in Tang Nhon Phu ward, situated on a plot of land exceeding 1,400m², contributes to improving the urban landscape and providing additional community space for residents in the area.
From an undeveloped plot of land, the park was constructed in 30 days with a total investment of 1 billion VND, including many facilities to serve the needs of people for recreation, exercise, and health training.
Notably, the park is located at the intersection of Le Van Viet Street and the parallel Hanoi Highway, an area considered the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. Surrounding the park are numerous facilities and amenities such as hospitals, Thu Duc station on Metro Line 1, shopping centers, supermarkets, and the Vo Van Ngan road axis…
Residents living around the area appreciate the park's opening, viewing it as a positive transformation from an empty plot of land into a green public space.
Mr. Nguyen Gia Huy, a resident living near the area, believes that transforming the vacant land into a park is a reasonable approach, avoiding wasted land resources while creating more green space for people to live and relax.
