- On June 18, the Provincial Youth Union - Lang Son Provincial Young Pioneer Council coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Lang Son Branch ( Vietcombank Lang Son) to inaugurate and hand over the "Red Scarf" House to the family of Ly Thanh Truc, a 4th grade student at Tan Tien Primary School, Trang Dinh District.

The family of Ly Thanh Truc (born in 2015), residing in Ang Mo village, Tan Tien commune, Trang Dinh district, is poor and has difficulty with housing. Her parents work for hire, with unstable income. The family of four lives in a dilapidated temporary house but cannot afford to rebuild it.

Leaders of the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Union Council and leaders of Vietcombank Lang Son Branch presented gifts and construction support funds to Ly Thanh Truc's family.

Faced with that situation, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Youth Union Council mobilized agencies, units, organizations and enterprises to support the construction of a new house for the family. Accordingly, the newly built house has an area of ​​70m2, with a total construction cost of 150 million VND, of which 60 million VND comes from the district's temporary and dilapidated house elimination program in 2025, 30 million VND is sponsored by Vietcombank Lang Son, the rest is contributed by the family. In addition, the Tan Tien Commune Youth Union and the construction team contributed a total of 95 working days.
