The Mobile Combat Command Center vehicle block enters the stage. The vehicle performs the task of establishing and maintaining communication, transmitting audio and visual data at the scene from fixed and mobile surveillance cameras, drones, etc. in real time with the Command Center of the Ministry of Public Security.

Serving quickly and effectively the command, direction, operation and combat of the People's Public Security force. A block of special armored bulletproof vehicles passed the stage. This is a special vehicle equipped for the Special Police, with high mobility and combat capabilities, capable of overcoming obstacles and moving in deep flooded areas.

The body and glass of the vehicle can withstand many types of bullets, the chassis is still safe when encountering mines, the wheels can continue moving when punctured or encountering problems during the mission. Each vehicle can carry a combat crew of 8 to 10 soldiers, ensuring the safety of command and operation.

The Mobile Police's special underwater combat vehicle passes the stage. It is a paramilitary vehicle, made of special steel, highly mobile, and can operate on all terrains. The vehicle is used to carry out special missions in situations of natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, and combat on difficult and complex terrains and areas.

The multi-purpose combat support vehicle is a vehicle specially designed to perform the function of lifting and pulling vehicles over obstacles for work, combat, and rescue. The anti-riot special vehicle moves past the stage.

These are specialized vehicles for riot control, crowd dispersal and fire fighting very effectively. The vehicles are equipped with a modern automatic control system including high-pressure water jets and integrated systems for mixing tear gas and spraying paint to mark targets. Camera systems are arranged in the front, back and on the roof to help officers and soldiers easily observe targets. At the same time, a group of 5 Su-30MK2 aircraft performed saluting flights, somersaults and fired saluting ammunition at Ba Dinh Square.

The fire prevention, firefighting, rescue and relief vehicles are entering the stage. Leading the way is the command vehicle, equipped with a communication and command and control system at the scene; followed by the multi-purpose fire truck, equipped with a 5,000-liter water tank, a high-capacity pump, and the ability to spray and pump water flexibly.

Next is the Truong Son missile complex researched and produced by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group.

The complex includes a combat command vehicle, radar vehicle, launcher vehicle, missile transporter-loader vehicle and anti-ship missile ammunition of different ranges.

The complex is responsible for observing the sea surface, collecting and processing information; selecting targets to destroy and carrying out missile strikes in modern combat conditions.

7h06: Lễ diễu binh, diễu hành chính thức bắt đầu

Thượng tướng Nguyễn Văn Nghĩa, phó tổng Tham mưu trưởng Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam, lên bục hô vang: "Nghiêm! Lễ diễu binh, diễu hành bắt đầu".

Mở đầu cuộc diễu binh, diễu hành, các biên đội của Không quân nhân dân Việt Nam anh hùng đang bay trên bầu trời Tổ quốc.

Dẫn đầu là biên đội trực thăng Mi-171, Mi-17, Mi-8, mang cờ Đảng, cờ Tổ quốc tung bay trên Quảng trường Ba Đình lịch sử.

Cùng lúc, ban tổ chức mời lãnh đạo Đảng, Nhà nước và toàn thể nhân dân hướng lên màn hình để theo dõi các lực lượng vũ trang diễu binh trên biển tại căn cứ quân sự Cam Ranh (Khánh Hòa).

Đội hình các lực lượng tham gia diễu binh trên biển, gồm tàu chỉ huy; máy bay tuần thám biển, trực thăng săn ngầm; các biên đội tàu ngầm, tàu hộ vệ tên lửa, tàu hộ vệ chống ngầm, tàu tên lửa tấn công nhanh, tàu pháo của Hải quân nhân dân Việt Nam; các biên đội tàu của Cảnh sát biển Việt Nam; Bộ đội Biên phòng và Hải đội Dân quân thường trực, cùng nhiều phương tiện, khí tài hiện đại khác.

Đây là lực lượng nòng cốt trong quản lý, bảo vệ vững chắc chủ quyền biển, đảo thiêng liêng của Tổ quốc.

Ngay sau đó, trên bầu trời khu vực quảng trường Ba Đình là đội hình máy bay vận tải Casa C-295 và C212i. Đây là những “chiến binh thầm lặng”, đảm nhiệm hiệp đồng chiến đấu, trinh sát, vận chuyển, tìm kiếm cứu nạn.

Mỗi chuyến bay là sự kết hợp của tinh thần thép và kỹ thuật hiện đại, khẳng định bản lĩnh, trí tuệ, sức mạnh chiến đấu của Không quân nhân dân Việt Nam anh hùng.

Tham dự lễ kỷ niệm, diễu binh, diễu hành tại quảng trường Ba Đình có Tổng Bí thư Tô Lâm, nguyên Tổng Bí thư Nông Đức Mạnh, Chủ tịch nước Lương Cường, nguyên Chủ tịch nước Nguyễn Minh Triết, Trương Tấn Sang, Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính, nguyên Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng, Chủ tịch Quốc hội Trần Thanh Mẫn, nguyên Chủ tịch Quốc hội Nguyễn Sinh Hùng, Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân.

Đọc diễn văn tại lễ kỷ niệm, Tổng Bí thư Tô Lâm nêu rõ 80 năm trước, trên quảng trường Ba Đình lịch sử, Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh đọc Tuyên ngôn độc lập, khai sinh nước Việt Nam Dân chủ Cộng hòa, nay là nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, nhà nước Dân chủ nhân dân đầu tiên ở Đông Nam Á. Sự kiện mở ra kỷ nguyên độc lập, tự do cho đất nước.

Từ thời khắc lịch sử ấy, dân tộc Việt Nam bước vào hành trình mới, xây dựng chính quyền nhân dân, bảo vệ Tổ quốc, đưa đất nước vững vàng tiến lên con đường xã hội chủ nghĩa vì mục tiêu dân giàu, nước mạnh, dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh.

“In this sacred moment, we respectfully remember our ancestors, express our boundless gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh, and pay tribute to our revolutionary predecessors, millions of compatriots and soldiers who sacrificed and devoted themselves to the independence, freedom, reunification of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people,” the General Secretary emphasized.

Tổng Bí thư cho biết Đảng, Nhà nước và nhân dân đời đời ghi nhớ công lao của các mẹ Việt Nam anh hùng, các cựu chiến binh, các thương binh, bệnh binh, gia đình liệt sĩ, người có công với cách mạng.

Đồng thời khắc ghi những công lao đóng góp của đội ngũ công nhân, nông dân, doanh nhân, trí thức, văn nghệ sĩ, đồng bào các tôn giáo, các dân tộc, đồng bào ở nước ngoài, bạn bè và nhân dân tiến bộ trên thế giới đã kề vai sát cánh, giúp đỡ ủng hộ sự nghiệp cách mạng chí nghĩa của nhân dân Việt Nam suốt 80 năm qua.

Trong diễn văn, Tổng Bí thư chỉ rõ nhiệm vụ bảo vệ độc lập, chủ quyền, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ của Tổ quốc; giữ gìn an ninh, trật tự, an toàn xã hội để phát triển đất nước nhanh, bền vững; không ngừng nâng cao đời sống và hạnh phúc của Nhân dân đang là mệnh lệnh hành động của chúng ta.

Thực hiện thành công ba mục tiêu đó, chính là hoàn thành ước nguyện của Bác Hồ trước lúc đi xa: “Điều mong muốn cuối cùng của Tôi là: toàn đảng, toàn dân ta đoàn kết phấn đấu, xây dựng một nước Việt Nam hòa bình, thống nhất, độc lập, dân chủ và giàu mạnh, và góp phần xứng đáng vào sự nghiệp Cách mạng thế giới”.

Qua chặng đường 80 năm đầy gian khó nhưng hào hùng, chúng ta đã khẳng định chân lý: Dưới ngọn cờ vinh quang của Đảng, với ánh sáng Hồ Chí Minh soi đường, dựa vào sức mạnh nhân dân và khối đại đoàn kết toàn dân tộc, không có khó khăn, thử thách nào mà nhân dân ta không vượt qua; không có mục tiêu cao đẹp nào mà dân tộc ta không đạt tới.

Chính vì vậy, không có lực cản nào, không có lý do gì có thể ngăn bước chúng ta vươn tới hòa bình, thịnh vượng, dân tộc ta trường tồn và phát triển.

Hướng tới tương lai, Đảng ta đặt mục tiêu đến năm 2045, kỷ niệm 100 năm thành lập nước, Việt Nam là quốc gia hùng cường, hưng thịnh, hạnh phúc. Đó là khát vọng của cả Dân tộc, là lời thề danh dự trước Lịch sử, trước nhân dân.

“Tôi kêu gọi toàn Đảng, toàn dân, toàn quân, đồng bào ta ở trong và ngoài nước, bằng những việc làm cụ thể, thiết thực, hãy đoàn kết, chung sức, đồng lòng, biến khát vọng thành hiện thực; nỗ lực hơn nữa, quyết tâm hơn nữa; phát huy cao độ trí tuệ, sức sáng tạo và bản lĩnh Việt Nam; thực hiện thắng lợi các mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ mà Đảng, Nhà nước đã đề ra, nhân dân mong đợi.

Chúng ta kiên quyết, kiên trì bảo vệ độc lập, tự do, chủ quyền, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ, từng tấc đất thiêng liêng của Tổ quốc bằng sức mạnh tổng hợp của cả dân tộc: sức mạnh chính trị, kinh tế, văn hóa, khoa học, công nghệ, quân sự, đối ngoại và sức mạnh lòng dân.

Chúng ta muốn là bạn, là đối tác tin cậy với tất cả các nước trên thế giới. Chúng ta tôn trọng luật pháp quốc tế, Hiến chương Liên Hợp Quốc; giải quyết các bất đồng, tranh chấp bằng biện pháp hòa bình. Chúng ta tuyệt đối không nhân nhượng trước mọi âm mưu, hành động xâm phạm độc lập, chủ quyền, thống nhất, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ; kiên quyết bảo vệ vững chắc lợi ích quốc gia, dân tộc”, Tổng Bí thư kêu gọi.

“Trong giờ phút thiêng liêng này, mỗi chúng ta như đang thấy vang vọng lời Tuyên ngôn Độc lập năm 1945 của Bác Hồ, thấy triệu triệu trái tim Việt Nam cùng chung nhịp đập tự hào, cùng ngân vang lời thề “quyết tử để Tổ quốc quyết sinh”. Chúng ta càng thấu hiểu giá trị của “Độc lập”, “Tự do”, “Hạnh phúc”; càng quý trọng và càng quyết tâm vun đắp hòa bình; càng thấm thía ý nghĩa thiêng liêng của từ “Nhân dân tôi”, “Tổ quốc tôi””.

Tại khu vực trước sân vận động Mỹ Đình, 15 khẩu lựu pháo 105 mm đã khai hỏa 21 loạt đại bác chào mừng đại lễ. Cùng với nghi thức chào cờ tại quảng trường Ba Đình, nghi thức chào cờ cũng thực hiện đồng thời tại các tàu hải quân trên biển.

Ngọn đuốc được rước bởi đoàn 80 vận động viên tượng trưng cho 80 năm ngày độc lập do đại úy Bùi Phước Tùng dẫn đầu.

Ngọn lửa được trao cho trung tướng Nguyễn Đức Soát - nguyên Phó Tổng tham mưu trưởng Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam.

Ông là người đã có thành tích đặc biệt xuất sắc, bắn rơi 6 máy bay của địch, trở thành một trong những phi công anh hùng của Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam để thắp lên đài lửa.

Theo ghi nhận của Tuổi Trẻ Online , thời tiết Hà Nội sáng nay trời đẹp, không mưa. Tại quảng trường Ba Đình tất cả các khối tham gia diễu binh, diễu hành đã vào vị trí trang nghiêm, sẵn sàng cho đại lễ.

Cụ thể, 18 khối đứng đã vào vị trí trong sân quảng trường Ba Đình; 43 khối đi xếp đội hình theo thứ tự từ sân quảng trường đến đầu đường Hùng Vương - Quán Thánh, Phan Đình Phùng.

Trục đường Hoàng Hoa Thám là nơi tập kết của 17 khối lực lượng công an. Hàng trăm xe pháo quân sự của bộ đội Tăng Thiết giáp, Pháo binh - Tên lửa, Pháo binh Tên lửa bờ Hải quân, Thông tin liên lạc - Tác chiến điện tử, Hóa học - Công binh, các loại xe đặc chủng của lực lượng công an cũng đã tập kết đầy đủ ở đường Thanh Niên, Nghi Tàm…

Các khối lực lượng của 4 nước Nga, Trung Quốc, Lào, Campuchia cũng đã tập kết đầy đủ chuẩn bị cho lễ diễu binh, diễu hành.

Cụ thể, khối nghi trượng đi theo hướng Nguyễn Thái Học - Tràng Thi - Tràng Tiền, kết thúc tại quảng trường Cách Mạng Tháng Tám.

Khối đi bộ (quân đội, công an, dân quân tự vệ, đoàn nước ngoài) đi theo 3 hướng chính: Nguyễn Thái Học - Kim Mã - Liễu Giai - Văn Cao - sân vận động Quần Ngựa; Nguyễn Thái Học - Tràng Thi - Tràng Tiền - quảng trường Cách Mạng Tháng Tám; Nguyễn Thái Học - Lê Duẩn - công viên Thống Nhất.

Khối cảnh sát cơ động, kỵ binh rẽ theo đường Lê Hồng Phong - Ngọc Hà, về công viên Bách Thảo.

Khối hồng kỳ rẽ Lê Hồng Phong - Đội Cấn - Giang Văn Minh - Kim Mã - Liễu Giai, về cung thể thao Quần Ngựa.

Khối quần chúng, văn hóa - thể thao đi thẳng qua lễ đài, kết thúc tại sân vận động Hàng Đẫy (xe mô hình rẽ Nguyễn Thái Học - Trịnh Hoài Đức).

Khối hồng kỳ tập kết tại sân vận động Quần Ngựa (hướng qua Đội Cấn). Khối quần chúng, văn hóa - thể thao tập kết tại sân vận động Hàng Đẫy và khối cơ giới, xe pháo tập kết tại Trường đua F1.
