Construction begins on Tho Minh Industrial Cluster project.

On the morning of September 16th, Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the Tho Xuan District People's Committee, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tho Minh Industrial Cluster project.

The Tho Minh Industrial Cluster Project was established and approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1832/QD-UBND dated June 2, 2017, assigning Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor. The project covers an area of ​​15.046 hectares, including 11.007 hectares of industrial land (factories and enterprises), 0.21 hectares of public administrative land, 1.65 hectares of green space, 0.5 hectares of technical infrastructure hub land, and 1.66 hectares of transportation and parking land. The total investment capital is approximately 180 billion VND. The project has completed all investment procedures, environmental impact assessment, fire safety design approval certification, land allocation, land lease, and construction permits; the investor has announced the commencement of construction.

After infrastructure completion, Tho Minh Industrial Cluster will attract multi-sector investments including: agricultural and forestry product processing, food processing, garment manufacturing, leather and footwear, mechanical engineering, and small and medium-sized industrial and handicraft sectors...

Reporting on the project's implementation status, Mr. Hua Duy Sach, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, stated that with the attention of the province, the support of various sectors, especially the decisive and responsible support of Tho Xuan district, Thuan Minh commune People's Committee, and the support of the Party Committee, government, and people of Hamlet 1 and Hamlet 3 Yen Luoc, Thuan Minh commune..., the company has actively organized and completed the investment procedures. At this time, all conditions are met to officially commence the investment project for the construction of the industrial park infrastructure in Thuan Minh commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province. The investor is also the direct contractor for the project. The investor has signed a consulting service contract to promote investment attraction in the Tho Minh Industrial Park with a Japanese partner - Smartcreative Asia Company.

As the investor, Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company commits to the Provincial People's Committee and Tho Xuan District People's Committee to focus all resources, with the highest sense of responsibility, and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the Tho Minh Industrial Cluster infrastructure construction project, ensuring quality and progress with the goal of completing the entire project and putting it into operation as soon as possible.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Thọ Xuân District People's Committee Hoàng Văn Đồng highly appreciated the efforts of the Thuận Minh commune Party Committee and government in disseminating information and mobilizing people to hand over land and clear the site. In particular, he praised the 253 affected households in hamlets 1, 2, and 3 of Yên Lược commune for their agreement and support for the local development, promptly handing over the land for the project.

The Chairman of the Thọ Xuân District People's Committee highly appreciated the Thanh Hóa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company for its determination, efforts, dedication, and responsibility in coordinating with the district and communes in land clearance work. The Chairman of the Thọ Xuân District People's Committee requested the company to focus its resources on completing the infrastructure in the first quarter of 2025, exceeding the provincial deadline by three months, in order to attract secondary investors sooner.
