Construction of road in Trung hamlet started

On August 13, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cu Lao Gieng commune (An Giang province) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a secondary road at group 17, Trung hamlet. This is a project to celebrate the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Cu Lao Gieng commune, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, residing in Tay Thuong hamlet (Cu Lao Gieng commune) donated 300 million VND to build the road.

The Trung hamlet sub-road project is more than 1.2km long, constructed by the Charity Team of the Hoa Hao My Hiep Buddhist Executive Committee. The construction cost is about 700 million VND. Of which, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, residing in Tay Thuong hamlet, Cu Lao Gieng commune ( An Giang province) supported 300 million VND, the rest was contributed by the people.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for road construction.
