Outstanding ideas

Although the contest has been held and awarded nearly 2 months have passed, the joy still lingers with the "young authors" who are 5 students from Cau Giay Secondary School - Hanoi who won the Special Prize for the topic "Quan Ho folk song website".

Accordingly, the structure of the website is divided into 3 specific regional parts: Part one is the introduction, introducing the project, helping the user to have a specific and intuitive view of this project. Part two, introducing the Red River Delta with a map of the provinces in the region, in each province's region on the map, the user only needs to click on it to have an introduction to the province's name, the province's characteristics in terms of nature, society, cultural characteristics (such as festivals, typical folk songs, games, ...) and providing folk songs to help users experience each type specifically. Part three, delving into the cultural heritage of Quan Ho Bac Ninh.

Here, users will be introduced to the history of Quan Ho, the spaces associated with the birth and performance of Quan Ho, the musical instruments used for performance, and the costume game for Quan Ho. Conquer the game to learn about Quan Ho and experience the cultural space of Diem Village Festival and Lim Festival.

Student Quan Minh Hong Anh - Class 9A3, Cau Giay Secondary School, Cau Giay, Hanoi shared that although we had the initial idea, to form the product we also needed great help from our parents and teachers in the school to guide and encourage, creating conditions for us to carry out the topic and participate in the contest.

Sharing about the reason for forming the idea and building the topic, according to Hong Anh, the Northern Delta region is considered the cradle of our country's culture, so here there are many cultural characteristics typical of the whole nation and the most prominent of which is the UNESCO-recognized intangible cultural heritage - Quan Ho folk songs.

The most special thing is that in the experience section "I am Quan Ho's successor", users can enjoy music played and performed by the project's authors, aiming to bring users to the poetic and humane space of the Northern Delta and to love the country's culture more.

Hong Anh confided: Through this website, we hope to bring Vietnamese culture deep into the hearts of every Vietnamese person and promote it to friends around the world.

Surpassing many other works, the topic "Learning model of Hanoi, the capital of Culture - Creativity - Development" of 5 students from the following schools: Long Bien Primary School, Long Bien, Hanoi; Ngoc Lam Secondary School, Long Bien, Hanoi, Tran Quoc Toan Primary & Secondary School, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh and Thanh Am Secondary School, Long Bien, Hanoi is one of the excellent works that won First Prize and was honored at the Contest.

The model “Hanoi, Capital of Culture – Creativity – Development” has dimensions when closed: 1.6 m long, 1.4 m wide, 1.5 m high; when opened: 2.6 m long, 1.4 m wide, 1.5 m high. The model depicts the image of Hanoi past and present.

Student Le Nguyen Binh An - Class 9A1 - Member of the author group shared: When the model is closed, the old Hanoi appears with 3 typical historical events: Uncle Ho reading the Declaration of Independence in 1945 at Ba Dinh Square; The 60-day and night battle of Hanoi in 1946, Dien Bien Phu in the air in 1972. When pressing the control switch, the old Hanoi model will move to the side, the model will open, the model of today's Hanoi will appear with typical images, traditional craft villages of Hanoi such as: Hoan Kiem Lake, Giong Village, Bat Trang ceramics, Chuong village conical hats, Martyrs' Monument, high-rise buildings.

According to Binh An, these are famous landscapes, traditional craft villages, and typical festivals of Hanoi. They represent a peaceful, civilized but also very developed Hanoi. Each location will have a QR code for readers to look up information. The model "Hanoi, Capital of Culture - Creativity - Development" will help students learn History, local education, and foster national pride in a thousand-year-old capital.

According to experts, these are excellent models that were highly appreciated at the Contest. It can be said that the Contest is one of the launching pads for children to continue to cherish the dream of becoming future inventors with many products and projects that bring practical benefits to the community./.
