Speaking at the launch ceremony, Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong, Deputy Director of Department C06, emphasized that national digital transformation is a major policy of the Party and the State, in which Project 06 is a bright spot, playing a pivotal role. Over the past period, the Police force in charge of administrative management of social order has strived to build, develop, and bring the benefits of Project 06, especially the VNeID application, into daily life.

However, according to Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong, for the digital transformation to be truly successful, the core principle is to put the people at the center; people must understand, know how to use, and benefit from digital conveniences.

Therefore, the initiative by the C06 Youth Union to proactively advise and launch a campaign linked to the "Digital Popular Education" platform is a practical, timely initiative with profound political significance.

Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong commended the proactive and pioneering spirit of the young people in the Administrative Police for Social Order, along with the coordination of the Hanoi Youth Union, the Hanoi Police, and youth union members from universities, notably the University of Electrical Engineering and the University of Mining and Geology.

To ensure the campaign is truly effective, the Deputy Director of Department C06 suggested that participating officials and youth union members should become "digital ambassadors" and "digital communicators," directly guiding people in using VNeID and public services with the motto "listen to what the people say, explain things so the people understand, and act in a way that earns the people's trust."

Regarding the six volunteer teams, Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong requested that they adhere closely to the objectives set out in the plan; paying particular attention to the team assisting in issuing identity cards and electronic identification to students, ensuring speed, accuracy, and minimal disruption to their studies.

In addition, the C06 Youth Union closely coordinated with the police forces of various units and localities, as well as universities, ensuring absolute safety during the parade and direct deployment to grassroots areas, so that the campaign would truly bring practical value to the community.

Speaking in support of the program, Lieutenant Lo Minh Thuan, from the Youth Union of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, affirmed that the youth of C06 will be pioneers in awareness and decisive in action; each youth union member will be a dynamic "digital communicator," ready to "go to every street, knock on every door" to bring digital conveniences closer to the people.
