The restoration of boundary markers aims to specifically define the area of land leased by the Provincial People's Committee, serving the management of land and mineral resources, while also creating conditions for businesses to stabilize production and exploitation activities in accordance with the law. According to the plan, the restoration of boundary markers will be implemented from May 22-30, 2026, with a total of 120 markers along a route approximately 5.08 km long.

Before implementation, local authorities, relevant agencies, and businesses repeatedly organized awareness campaigns and direct dialogues with affected households to inform them about the purpose and significance of restoring boundary markers, thereby creating consensus among the people and ensuring progress according to the plan.

According to Bui Tien Hai, Director of Dong Ta Phoi-Vinacomin Joint Stock Company, to carry out the boundary demarcation, the unit coordinated with the People's Committee of Hop Thanh commune to develop a specific plan and intensified propaganda and mobilization of the people. In addition, the company also supported the locality and people in the area with approximately 2 billion VND to carry out social welfare work.
Restoring boundary markers will help businesses closely manage their mining operations, prevent them from operating outside the permitted area, and facilitate production and business activities in the future.
