The bloc of social organizations proposes three areas for developing the emulation movement.

Comrade Vu Van Uy, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, presented the summary report on emulation and reward activities in 2024 of the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of the province.

On the afternoon of December 12th, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province held a meeting to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 and implement tasks for 2025.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations focused on completing six development goals for the bloc's activities and movements.

Based on feedback and suggestions from 10 units within the bloc, the Emulation Bloc of Social Organizations and Professional Social Organizations of Hai Duong Province proposes three points to develop the emulation and reward movement. The Emulation Bloc requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant agencies and units to provide financial and material support for the activities of these associations. The Department of Internal Affairs should promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Government Decree 126/2024/ND-CP dated October 8, 2024, regulating the organization, operation, and management of associations. This should include attention to policies and regulations for those working in these associations. All levels and sectors should continue to focus on and organize training courses on emulation and reward work for localities and units to gradually improve the expertise and skills of staff working in emulation and reward.

In 2025, the Emulation Bloc of Social Organizations and Socio-Professional Organizations of Hai Duong province set out six tasks to promote the emulation and reward movement within the bloc. These include continuing to strengthen the dissemination and promotion of the Law on Emulation and Reward, and raising awareness among officials and members.

Effectively implement directives on emulation and reward work from the Central Government, local authorities, and superior agencies. Effectively carry out the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to units within the bloc. Evaluate, inspect, draw lessons learned, and promote the dissemination and commendation of exemplary individuals.

Maintain and effectively implement the information and reporting system in accordance with the operating regulations. Strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in the units within the group.

*The Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning will assume the role of Head of the Emulation Bloc of Social Organizations and Socio-Professional Organizations of Hai Duong Province in 2025.*

Ten units within the Emulation Bloc of Social Organizations and Socio-Professional Organizations unanimously proposed that the Prime Minister award an emulation flag to the Provincial Journalists Association, the Provincial People's Committee award an emulation flag to the Provincial Association of the Blind, and a certificate of merit to the Provincial Traditional Medicine Association.

In 2025, the role of Head of the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations in Hai Duong province will be assigned to the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning.

The emulation bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations in Hai Duong province comprises 10 units: the Union of Friendship Organizations, the Journalists Association, the Lawyers Association, the Traditional Medicine Association, the Association for the Promotion of Learning, the Association of the Elderly, the Association of the Blind, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Children, the Association of Former Youth Volunteers, and the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.
