The Hai Phong City Emulation and Commendation Council has just issued a decision to organize emulation clusters and groups within Hai Phong City. Accordingly, 15 emulation clusters and 20 emulation groups have been established within Hai Phong City.
Specifically, 114 communes, wards, and special zones belong to 15 emulation clusters. 160 departments, agencies, organizations, and units in the city belong to 20 emulation blocs.
Each emulation cluster consists of 6-9 units. Each emulation bloc consists of 5-11 units. See details here.
