This afternoon, January 2nd, the Emulation Bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations of Quang Tri province held a conference to summarize and evaluate emulation and reward achievements in 2024 and sign an emulation agreement for 2025.

In 2024, units within the Emulation Bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations in the province will continue to innovate the content and methods of their activities, focusing on key priorities linked to the political tasks of the province and localities, and the legitimate needs and aspirations of members and all strata of the people.

Continue to promote the dissemination of exemplary models in labor, production, business, and patriotic emulation movements. Pay attention to supporting members and union members in developing the economy and sustainably eradicating poverty. The campaigns "Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods," and patriotic emulation movements of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations, linked with the emulation movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas," and the campaign "Quang Tri joins forces to build new rural areas"... continue to be implemented with many significant results.

Social welfare work has been actively implemented by the units, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual support and compassion. In addition, the units have focused on consolidating and building organizations, and strengthening the staff at all levels. Attention has also been paid to training and nurturing outstanding union and association members, recommending them as potential candidates for Party membership.

Promote digital transformation and the application of information technology and social media in propaganda, guidance, information exchange, and monitoring public opinion. Build and effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, maintain internal unity and cohesion; effectively implement anti-corruption measures, practice thrift, and combat waste within the unit.

At the conference, the units within the bloc signed a competition agreement for 2025. Accordingly, they will focus on disseminating, explaining, and effectively implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; and educating members and all segments of the population to compete and achieve accomplishments to celebrate major holidays.

Effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations and combat corruption. Proactively carry out and participate in activities to care for the lives and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and association members. Mobilize resources to effectively implement social welfare policies, caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members, association members, and policy beneficiaries, especially those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable.

Continue implementing Project 197 "Mobilizing resources to implement policies supporting the construction of new houses for poor households in the province during the period 2022 - 2026". Actively participate in the process of building a digital government and a digital society. Continue implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW "On promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style".
