The Supreme People's Procuracy's investigation agency has issued a Decision to supplement the Decision to prosecute the case of "Receiving bribes" and "Abusing position and power while performing official duties" and issued a Decision to prosecute 5 officers of the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center (in Dak Lak province).

On September 12, 2025, the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy issued a Decision to prosecute the accused and execute an Arrest Warrant to temporarily detain: Tran Van Thanh, Director of the Central Highlands Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry to investigate the crime of "Receiving bribes", as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 354 of the Penal Code.

At the same time, the Decision to prosecute the accused, the Order prohibiting leaving the place of residence for Tran Nhu Hai, Tran Duc Tuoi, Be Thi Hue and Nguyen Thi Ngoc - the assessors of the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center - to investigate the crime of: "Taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties", stipulated in Clause 1, Article 356 of the Penal Code.

On the same day, the Supreme People's Procuracy's Investigation Agency executed a search warrant at the workplace and residence of five suspects: Thanh, Hai, Tuoi, Hue and Ngoc.

Previously, on August 15, 2025, the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy received the case of Nguyen Trong Hiep "Giving bribes", transferred by the People's Procuracy of Dak Lak province for investigation according to its authority.

The case is currently under investigation according to regulations.
