The goal is to start at least 2 social housing projects, and continue to promote the implementation of many other projects in the following years.

My Phu Urban Area

According to the plan, the Trade Union Institutional Area in Tho Phong Commune will clear an area of ​​about 2.5 hectares and hand over clean land so that the project can start construction in September 2025.

The My Phu social housing project invested by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) must also start construction in 2025, no later than December.

For the My Tra - My Khe area, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will preside over the review of clean land funds and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision on investment policies. The deadline for completing this work is October 2025.

For social housing locations in Tho Phong commune, Truong Quang Trong ward and social housing planning locations in Dung Quat Economic Zone: Assign the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to review and re-evaluate relevant planning to promptly adjust (if necessary), proactively call for and select capable investors interested in implementing the project and deploy procedures for establishing and adjusting detailed planning (if any); advise competent authorities to consider and direct investment in connecting infrastructure; ensure selection of investors and project commencement in 2026.
Regarding the introduction of land locations for the Provincial Police to invest in building social housing for the police force: Assign the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, and the People's Committees of Cam Thanh and Nghia Lo wards to review the land plots that have been compensated and cleared, meeting the scale and area requirements of the Provincial Police; at the same time, meeting the conditions for adjusting related planning to build social housing to advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct implementation according to regulations; completion time before September 25, 2025.

In addition to the above projects, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial Military Command to review and assess the housing needs of the armed forces to advise the Provincial People's Committee to decide on the construction of social housing on suitable defense land.
