Careful and comprehensive preparation for the success of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of September 24, comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Also attending were comrades Nguyen Khac Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Dinh Van Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the Subcommittee.

Up to now, information and propaganda work has been deployed synchronously and systematically. Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television have opened a column "Towards the Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030", broadcasting and periodically posting many news, articles and reports related to the congress.
Since July, Lam Dong Electronic Newspaper has published more than 300 news and articles related to Congresses at all levels and welcoming the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, contributing to spreading the exciting emulation spirit among cadres, party members and people.

Visual propaganda work has been built, the image identity of the Congress, the overall decoration plan from the entrance area, lobby, hall, press conference room, working room... are being urgently deployed. Cultural and artistic activities to welcome are also being built, from music and dance programs, reportage scripts to works and tasks of union members and youth. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has organized hundreds of propaganda activities, the most practical of which is the "National Flag Road" project, 35km long with more than 410 flagpoles, creating a bustling and solemn atmosphere towards the Congress.

Logistics work is also being urgently deployed. Up to now, the list of invited delegates and delegates attending the congress has been completed, plans for printing invitations, arranging accommodation and transportation for delegates have been prepared.

The Department of Health has developed a scenario for epidemic prevention, ensuring environmental hygiene and food safety, arranging a permanent medical team at the conference hall and hotels, preparing medicine, spare hospital beds, and emergency vehicles from other hospitals. The police and army have developed a plan to ensure security, traffic flow, and a plan to lead the delegation; at the same time, they have developed a plan to attack and suppress crime, ensuring absolute security for the Congress.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Dang Hong Sy commended the agencies and units for promptly and actively implementing the tasks on schedule. Regarding propaganda work, comrade Dang Hong Sy requested the Propaganda Department, press and media agencies to promote diverse and vivid propaganda, focusing on modern press products such as infographics, short clips, digital products on social networks, ensuring attractiveness and wide dissemination.

It is necessary to urgently design the congress avatar and provide a wide link so that people in the province can participate online, creating a positive ripple effect. The welcome art programs must be carefully reviewed, the illustrations need to be selected, ensuring consistency and suitability for each performance.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the survey units to arrange the LED screen positions outside the hall in a reasonable manner so as not to affect the aesthetics and the organization space. Design check-in points scientifically and aesthetically, paying attention to slogans, colors and images to be both solemn and intimate. Photography work needs to prepare a reasonable photo platform, arranged by delegate groups, ensuring scientificity and preserving the solemn image of the Congress.

Regarding logistics, he requested the Organizing Subcommittee to review the list of delegates, understand the list of delegates attending the congress to have a thoughtful reception plan. It is necessary to arrange a reasonable seating plan for each delegate. The pick-up schedule and service vehicles must be announced early, with appropriate security and escorting forces assigned. The menu for each reception during the congress must be specific and rich, and must also undergo medical examination to ensure food safety.

Careful preparation of medical incident handling plan must be prepared in advance to avoid being passive.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the police and military to resolutely deploy security protection plans before, during and after the Congress. In addition to protecting security at the congress venue and the delegates' residences, relevant units need to pay attention to security and order on key routes, residential areas and unused headquarters of departments, agencies and branches. Traffic regulation and delegation guidance must be scientific and safe, avoiding congestion and interruption.
