According to information from the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the project is being implemented on a land plot coded HHO-35, with an area of 21,487m2 , in Nam Nha Trang ward, which has been agreed upon by the Ministry of National Defense and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province for development location. According to Decision No. 147, dated January 16, 2025 of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province approving the project to adjust the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of the western area of Nha Trang city (old), the land belongs to the mixed-use group of housing and services, convenient for forming a modern concentrated housing area with synchronous infrastructure.
The project has a total construction area of over 318,000m2 , including 34 floors above ground and 1 basement; expected to provide 2,776 apartments, including 2,221 social housing units for military families and 555 commercial apartments operated by investors according to the provisions of the Housing Law 2023; total investment capital is expected to be about 4,960 billion VND, of which 20% is equity, the rest is mobilized from other legal sources.
The project aims to provide stable and comfortable accommodation, meeting the living needs of about 8,300 residents, while creating an architectural highlight, contributing to urban beautification.
According to the plan, investment, environmental, fire prevention and fighting procedures and construction licensing will be completed by 2025. In the 2026 - 2027 period, the project will be constructed, accepted and put into use. The project's operating period is 50 years, from the date the competent authority decides to allocate land, lease land, and permit the change of land use purpose.
