| Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Vo Thi Ngoc congratulated the Executive Committee of the Ea Hiao Commune Women's Union for the 2025 - 2030 term on its debut at the congress. |
The congresses all took place in a solemn, serious atmosphere, following the correct procedures and full of the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Breakthrough - Development". The delegates attending the congresses showed great responsibility and enthusiasm, discussed enthusiastically, contributed many ideas, and vividly reflected the achievements of the women's movement at the grassroots level. Among them, many solutions were proposed towards building a strong and effective Women's Union organization, promoting the role of women in local socio -economic development.
Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Vo Thi Ngoc said: "The grassroots women's congress is a broad political activity, an opportunity to comprehensively evaluate the results of the women's movement in the past term, and at the same time set out directions and tasks for the new term, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congress at the same level. There are still some difficulties related to personnel, when 2 communes are missing the position of chairperson and 10 communes are missing the position of vice chairperson. The arrangement of deputies as non-professional workers and part-time civil servants is also an obstacle in the process of implementing tasks after the congress."
The success of the congress of women delegates of 102 communes and wards has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere, an important premise for the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Women's Congress.
With the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and belief, cadres, members and women in the whole province are ready to contribute to the success of the provincial congress, an event marking a new development step of the Dak Lak women's movement in the period of innovation, integration and sustainable development.
