After two days of digging, the unit discovered many relics such as bone fragments, military uniform fabric, battery cores, ammunition boxes, rubber shoe soles, bullet casings, bomb fragments, etc. Comparing the diagram, relics and related information, the unit determined that this was the grave of a martyr of Division 320, Army Corps 3, who died in the resistance war against the US.

Immediately after the burial ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Military Command, local Party Committees and authorities burned incense at the martyrs' graves in the Ea Sup Commune Martyrs' Cemetery; expressing their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic sons who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
