National Great Unity Day of Quang Thanh village

Comrade Phan Thanh Liem presented gifts to poor, near-poor households, households in difficult circumstances and policy families in Dien Lac commune.

The delegates reviewed the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025); listened to reports on the results of the implementation of the task of building the great national unity bloc; the results of mobilizing people to implement the 2-level local government model; the results of implementing patriotic emulation campaigns and movements in Quang Thanh village.

Quang Thanh village residential area has 622 households and 2,513 people. In 2025, the village will have no more poor households; there will be 11 near-poor households (accounting for 1.77%). The Village Front Committee has mobilized people to support 4 million VND for the "For the Poor" Fund, 8 million VND to support people in the Central region affected by storms and floods; at the same time, it has received and distributed gifts from organizations, individuals and from sources of the front at all levels to support near-poor and disadvantaged households with a total amount of more than 40 million VND. To help people reduce poverty and develop the economy , the Farmers' Association and the Village Women's Association have supported 450 households to borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank for production and business with a total outstanding debt of more than 15 billion VND. Quang Thanh village residential area has 99.6% of families achieving the title of "Cultural Family" and is recognized by the commune as a "Cultural Residential Area"...

Speaking at the festival, comrade Phan Thanh Liem acknowledged and commended the achievements of Quang Thanh village people in 2025. He asked Quang Thanh village to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, strive together in life, well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws, and unite to build new rural areas. The Village Front Work Committee enhances its responsibility to serve the people, respects and listens, joins hands to resolve the legitimate aspirations and pressing issues of the people, continues to care for policy families and families in especially difficult circumstances. The local government continues to coordinate with the Village Front Work Committee to organize the Great Unity Festival in a practical and diverse manner to create a joyful atmosphere, true to the meaning of the Festival of the entire nation, contributing to strengthening and promoting the strength of great national unity in the new period; encourage people to continue responding to the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; Patriotic emulation movements, good implementation of democracy at the grassroots level, effective exploitation and use of all resources, contributing to the successful implementation of set goals and tasks.

On this occasion, comrade Phan Thanh Liem presented 20 gifts, worth 1.2 million VND each from the Provincial Fund for the Poor to poor households, near-poor households, households in difficult circumstances and policy families in Dien Lac commune; presented gifts to the Quang Thanh Village Front Working Committee. Dien Lac Commune Party Committee presented 10 gifts, worth 500,000 VND each to near-poor households and households in difficult circumstances in Quang Thanh village. Quang Thanh Village Front Working Committee launched an emulation movement to welcome the Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the 14th National Congress of the Party.
