Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, Vice Chairman of the University Council of FPT University and a leading technology expert, proposed eliminating AI illiteracy among officials, civil servants, and public employees.

In reality, digital transformation today is not simply about digitizing processes or applying technology to administration, but rather a comprehensive revolution in management, operation, and production thinking. AI and big data are becoming core production tools, changing production relationships and even the form of value distribution.

According to expert Hoang Nam Tien, forecasts indicate that 65% of current jobs will be replaced by technology in the coming years; 41% of businesses plan to reduce staff and apply AI to perform tasks; and 92 million jobs will be replaced due to the rise of AI technology and new trends. It is predicted that by 2030, an average of 59 out of every 100 people will need retraining or skill upgrading.

Therefore, we must "eliminate AI illiteracy" among our cadres, civil servants, and public employees. First and foremost, leaders must think differently and act differently. They must have a unified mindset, a predictive mindset, leadership, training, adaptability, and flexibility. Leaders must step out of their comfort zone and change. They must act, learn, develop, and share. Like all tools throughout history, AI must become an extension of human intelligence. The strategy in the AI ​​era is to transform intelligently, to transform infrastructure. The top priority in this is information security and confidentiality.

According to experts, to master artificial intelligence, every official and public employee must self-learn, self-adapt, self-develop, maintain, and continuously and seriously study. The goal is to truly make artificial intelligence a powerful tool to serve work, and to better serve the people, businesses, and society.

“ AI is not a ‘magic wand,’ but it is a powerful tool if properly exploited and used. AI will profoundly change how we manage, operate, and develop. But technology is only meaningful when it is mastered by humans. If we hesitate, are reluctant to learn, and don’t change, we ourselves will be replaced,” Mr. Hoang Nam Tien emphasized.
