For tourist accommodation establishments, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism recommends ensuring compliance with safety principles for electrical and gas systems at the accommodation establishments; conducting a general inspection and review of the safety of electrical equipment, air conditioners, ceilings, walls, glass, elevators, sauna and steam systems, slippery areas (floors, swimming pools, etc.), service areas, and public areas at the accommodation establishments.

Do not organize sports and entertainment services (including swimming pool services) for guests in bad weather, as this does not ensure the safety of guests.

For accommodation establishments and resorts near the coast, especially tourist accommodation establishments in Tan Hiep island commune, areas at risk of landslides, flash floods, inundation, and rising sea levels, it is necessary to urgently notify guests about bad weather, storms, heavy rain, strong winds, and tornadoes in the Da Nang sea area.

Strengthen bracing and protect assets from the risk of rising sea levels, heavy rains and strong winds. Proactively evacuate guests to safe places, hotels in the city center when necessary or when requested by local authorities.

For tourist areas and spots, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism recommends arranging staff on duty 24/7 during storms, heavy rains, floods, flash floods, and landslides to proactively handle arising situations. Maintain constant contact with the Civil Defense Command of wards and communes to update the situation and implement regulations.

The Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches has mobilized all of its leadership/management forces, rescue workers, and rescue vehicles, ready 24/7 to deploy immediately upon direction from the City People's Committee to promptly respond to storms, heavy rains, flash floods, and handle arising situations.

In addition, focus on implementing solutions to ensure absolute safety for residents and tourists at Son Tra peninsula and beaches in the city.

The document also requested advertising service business units to review and check the safety level of load-bearing, have plans to reinforce and maintain advertising and propaganda boards to prevent collapse and cause unsafety.
