A representative of An Phu Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company informed that after two years of active implementation, the block of townhouses on Ha Huy Tap Street in An Phu urban area (Tan An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city) has been basically completed and ready for sale.

Since 2018, An Phu urban area project has been started, up to now it has been the urban area with the first investment completion progress, pioneering in creating a new urban image to contribute to promoting the implementation of other urban projects.
Accordingly, An Phu urban area is designed with three groups of construction zones, including commercial street frontage blocks, land plots for people to build their own houses, and social housing apartments. Along the main street frontage and surrounding the outside are commercial townhouses, with a total of 182 3-storey houses, with adjacent structures, arranged with business premises in combination with long-term urban housing. Inside the townhouses, there is an area of environmental landscape, social and cultural infrastructure; land plots for people to build houses. The final area of the project is a group of social housing apartments including 9 buildings with 330 apartments arranged for workers, built with quality and order. All create a closed urban planning area, linked into a resident ecosystem, a peaceful living environment, convenient living and meeting all business conditions for people.
Opportunity to increase commercial urban value
According to the enterprise, the block of townhouses facing Ha Huy Tap Street is identified as the central commercial axis of the An Phu urban area project. This block of houses, with a 32 m wide sidewalk in front and internal landscape items connected behind, is very convenient for home owners to stabilize their family life and organize services, open shops for business.
Adjacent to the An Phu urban area project is the Tan An Industrial Cluster, which has been oriented to attract factories processing agricultural, forestry, food and medicinal products, which will attract many investors interested in the area. An Phu urban area project investment progress update shows that, up to now, the investor has completed technical, cultural, and community items in the urban area, exploiting land areas for people to build their own houses with many houses already built. The commercial townhouse block at the front of the urban area has now completed more than 120 units, with full legal basis, completing obligations to officially enter the commercialization phase.
In parallel with the commercial block, An Phu Company is also actively investing in social housing buildings, with plans to complete the foundation of the projects in January 2024, and hand over the houses in the fourth quarter of 2024. The company is organizing human resources and other technical conditions to prepare to receive registration for social housing purchase applications from workers in the area.
Entering the new year 2024, the An Phu urban area project, the pioneering new urban destination of Buon Ma Thuot City, will move to a new phase, synchronously commercializing all three project subdivisions. As for the commercial housing block, the enterprise is planning to open for sale at the end of January 2024, realizing the opportunity to develop a future commercial urban area.
