On December 15th, the Book Garden at Binh Phu Park was officially inaugurated, bringing a new cultural destination to the people of District 6.
The Book Garden is not only a cool, green space, but also a hub of knowledge and culture. The harmonious blend of nature and modern architecture has created a unique highlight, attracting people to books and reading culture.
The investment in hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese and foreign language books, along with diverse cultural activities, demonstrates the investor's commitment to building a truly valuable cultural space.
Dr. Quách Thu Nguyệt, former Director and Editor-in-Chief of Nhà xuất bản Trẻ (Youth Publishing House), commented: "I fully support the city's leadership in promoting reading culture! As society develops and the knowledge economy takes center stage, the role of books becomes even more important. Although the publishing industry is facing difficulties, we must find ways to bring knowledge to the community, especially young people. We must create conditions for children to easily access books and attract them through various forms, not just traditional reading spaces. A 'book park' combined with green spaces is a great idea! Especially in new urban areas, the development of reading culture needs even more attention."
The Book Garden is a correct approach, in line with the general development trend of society, aiming to build a learning community, a society of lifelong reading and learning.
However, for the Book Garden to truly be effective, the entire community needs to work together. Besides investing in infrastructure, attention should be paid to organizing cultural activities, promoting reading, and attracting the participation of the public, especially young people. At the same time, policies are needed to support and encourage creative activities and cultural exchanges within the Book Garden, transforming it into a vibrant and attractive cultural destination.

In addition, readers will also receive complimentary gifts for purchases of 99,000 VND or more.
