Inspecting administrative reform work at the Department of Education and Training

Implementing the Plan to inspect administrative reform work in 2025, on the morning of September 19, the Inspection Team of the Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Ton Huu Nghia, Deputy Director of the Center for Administrative Procedure Resolution, Office of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the implementation of administrative reform tasks at the Department of Education and Training of the province.

Inspection delegation of administrative reform work at the Department of Agriculture and Environment

At the working session, the delegation divided into groups to directly inspect specialized departments with the following contents: institutional reform, administrative procedure reform , administrative modernization, application of information technology in management, operation and improving the quality of staff, civil servants and public employees.

Mr. Truong Quoc Lam, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training, reported on the implementation of administrative reform to the inspection team.

According to the report, in 2025, the Department of Education and Training completed the reduction of 25 administrative procedures; the time to process procedures was reduced by 30-40% compared to before. 100% of administrative records were digitized, outgoing and incoming documents were processed through the iOffice system and specialized digital signatures . All administrative procedures in the education sector were performed online public services in full or in part. From January 1 to August 15, 2025, the Department received 980 records; of which 962 records were processed and returned results on time, 16 records were within the prescribed time limit (reaching a rate of 100% on time). After the merger, the Department has consolidated and rearranged the organization within the specialized departments.

The delegation divided into groups to directly inspect each specialized department.

At the end of the work, the inspection team acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the Department of Education and Training, especially the maintenance of the rate of timely file processing, avoiding delays. The team also noted that the Department needs to strictly implement the time of announcement and public posting of administrative procedures in the field of education; regularly update information on the unit's electronic information portal to serve people and organizations.
