Inspecting the organization of typical advanced conferences in localities in the province

To implement the plan to inspect the organization of advanced typical conferences at units and localities in Ca Mau province, the Department of Home Affairs has decided to establish inspection teams for the organization of advanced typical conferences at units and localities. The time to visit localities according to the plan is from August 12, 2025 to August 22, 2025.

At the destinations, the inspection team and representatives of local leaders discussed the preparation of the contents of the typical advanced conference of the localities, thereby assessing the level of completion of the contents according to the plan of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Provincial People's Committee on the organization work at the unit and promptly guiding and answering questions of the localities in the process of preparing the Conference such as: reward funds for collectives and individuals; reward standards... At the same time, sharing experiences to ensure that the organization of the typical advanced conference of the locality is carried out solemnly, as a basis for reporting and advising the Provincial People's Committee to successfully organize the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Ca Mau province in 2025, scheduled to be held in October 2025.

Deputy Head of Emulation and Reward Board Lam Thi Cam Tu discussed the preparation work for organizing the Conference of advanced models in Da Bac commune.

In general, although there are still many difficulties due to the first time performing the tasks of the 02-level government, the work is quite new compared to the first time the commune-level civil servants are still confused, but the localities have made careful preparations, built plans to organize conferences of typical advanced models, the Party committees and authorities, heads of staff units have paid close attention and direction, especially in propaganda work, introducing typical advanced models, visual agitation... creating a spread among the people, contributing to the success of the encouragement activities, actively responding to the emulation movements of the province in the period of 2025 - 2030./.
