In his opening speech, authorized by the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Colonel Nguyen Van Dai, Deputy Director of the Logistics Department, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, emphasized that training in Regulations, building discipline, and managing discipline play an important role in building a disciplined and exemplary agency and unit in terms of Regulations. Through inspection, the actual results of training, practice, commanding methods and styles, and command actions of each agency, unit and individual are evaluated, thereby drawing experience and having measures to direct the improvement of training quality and compliance with Regulations of agencies and units in the coming time.

Therefore, comrades in the Organizing Committee and the Jury must uphold the responsibility of organizing and conducting the inspection according to the plan and regulations, and objectively, impartially, accurately and truly evaluating the results of each collective and individual.
