The school promotes the training of students at intermediate and college levels, organizes training and fostering of knowledge and professional skills in KTMM, and at the same time performs well the task of international cooperation in KTMM training.

To effectively carry out the task of education and training, the school's Party Committee leads the building of a team of teachers and educational managers to ensure quantity, quality, and a reasonable structure. The school sends lecturers and educational managers to practice at the unit, to train their mettle, methods, and leadership and management styles, to constantly improve their academic qualifications, pedagogical skills, and practical experience, and to be the core force in building a smart and modern school. Every year, many comrades are awarded the title of Excellent Teacher and win high prizes in competitions and sports events at all levels.

The work of compiling textbooks and documents is on schedule with nearly 40 textbooks serving teaching. The school effectively applies software for managing training records, managing scores, and simulation software to serve training in specialized KTMM content. Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Bang, Head of the Training Department, said: "The school has done a good job in military recruitment, perfecting the training framework program, detailed program of subjects; building question banks, exam questions, organizing tests, and evaluating results strictly, ensuring output standards of training programs, considering promotion to the next class, and recognizing graduation according to regulations". Over the years, students have taken the final exam to ensure that the target is met with 100% satisfactory results, of which 97.63% are good and excellent. After graduation, students are capable of performing tasks at agencies and units throughout the army.

In the following years, in order to meet the requirements of improving the quality of education and training, effectively serving the task of building the Army's cryptography industry to move straight towards modernity, the Party Committee of the school determined to focus on leading the implementation of breakthroughs, creating strong changes in the implementation of political tasks, especially training students in the 36-month college system. The school strengthened the management, education and training of students, closely combining vocational training with human training, learning and practice to train cryptography staff with sufficient capacity and professional qualifications to perform their tasks.
