Seventy-five years ago, on October 15, 1949, President Ho Chi Minh wrote this work. "Mobilizing the people" was published in the newspaper "Truth" No. 120.

This work is considered the manifesto and guiding principle for the Party's mass mobilization work.

Seventy-five years have passed, but President Ho Chi Minh's work "Mass Mobilization" still retains its full value, profound relevance, and serves as the theoretical basis for the Party and State to build and implement policies on mass mobilization work and to promote the strength of the great national unity.
