The workshop was organized into 1 general session and 3 parallel discussion sessions. In which, the general session included sharing and new perspectives from speakers and experts from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Justice .
Parallel sessions discussed the following contents: Land Law 2024 in the trend of socio-economic development and state management; Land Law 2024 - opportunities and challenges for socio-economic development and environment; land resource economics and real estate business from the perspective of Land Law 2024.

The workshop attracted the attention of many scientists , researchers and experts, creating a forum for sharing and exchanging views on the impact of the 2024 Land Law on other fields. The articles participating in the workshop have gone through a closed review process and will be a valuable source of documents to support research and propose solutions to improve land law.
In addition, the comments and discussions at the workshop are also valuable information contributing to bringing the provisions of the 2024 Land Law into life, improving the effectiveness of state management when this law officially comes into effect.
