According to information from the investor Gamuda Land, phase 1 of the project is expected to launch this year, providing nearly 700 high-end apartments for the real estate market in Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City). Recently, on December 8, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Eaton Park project took place. Eaton Park is Gamuda Land's fifth project in Vietnam. The project covers an area of ​​3.7 hectares, combining luxurious living with living in harmony with nature.
