Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Police, Department of Education and Training; representatives of Honda Vietnam Company, the companion and technical support unit in the program; a large number of cadres, teachers, youth union members, soldiers of the Traffic Police force and local police.

The signing of the coordination plan for the period 2025-2028 aims to specify the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, Decree No. 151/2024/ND-CP of the Government and Directive No. 01/CT-UBND of the Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee on strengthening solutions to ensure traffic order and safety. Accordingly, the two sectors agreed to deploy an education program and guide safe motorbike driving skills in the entire general and vocational education system in the province.
The program aims to equip 100% of students entering high school or vocational training with legal knowledge, safe motorbike driving skills, attitudes and awareness of self-protection when participating in traffic. The training content is built on a combination of theory and practice, closely following real traffic situations, helping to form a civilized, safe and humane traffic culture among students.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, emphasized: “Over the past years, traffic safety education in schools has been maintained regularly, but there are still gaps in skills, attitudes and awareness of self-protection. This training conference is not only a signing activity, but also a commitment to act for the happiness and future of the young generation.”
Colonel Nguyen Minh Hai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, affirmed: “The Police Department will preside over and closely coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to organize training, provide documents, and arrange traffic police forces to directly instruct safe driving skills at schools; at the same time, regularly inspect, monitor, and evaluate to ensure the program's effectiveness.”
According to the Plan, Honda Vietnam Company will continue to accompany the two sectors in propaganda work, technical support, vehicles and equipment for training sessions, and instruction on safe motorcycle driving skills at schools. Educational institutions are responsible for preparing playgrounds, vehicles and equipment for practice; integrating legal education on traffic safety into lessons and extracurricular activities; and organizing students and parents to sign a commitment to strictly comply with traffic regulations.
The signing conference of the Coordination Plan is an important first step, demonstrating the determination of the two sectors in building a safe, disciplined, and friendly educational environment, contributing to spreading traffic culture in schools. This is also a model of coordinating social responsibility between state management agencies and enterprises, towards the common goal: "Safety for students - Happiness for each family - Peace for the whole society".
Immediately after the signing ceremony, delegates, officers, teachers and soldiers participated in a training session on safe motorbike driving skills, led by the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) in coordination with Honda Vietnam Company, contributing to bringing legal knowledge into practice in a lively and practical way.
