Attending and chairing the conference were comrade Le Nguyen Ngoc, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; representatives of leaders of units: Ninh Binh Newspaper, Radio and Television, Department of Tourism , Provincial Association of Architects, Provincial Association of Literature and Arts and many artists inside and outside the province.
The Ninh Binh Provincial Logo Design Contest aims to select a logo for official use in information and propaganda activities, serving the political , economic, cultural, internal and external affairs of the province. At the same time, it contributes to preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of Ninh Binh, arousing pride and love for the homeland, promoting the emulation movement to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in the province.
According to the rules, the logo of Ninh Binh province can choose one of the following themes: Historical and cultural traditions, natural beauty of Ninh Binh and other free themes. The entries must show the unique characteristics of Ninh Binh, associated with the history of formation and development of the province, and be recognized by the general public. All Vietnamese citizens across the country and overseas Vietnamese are eligible to participate.
The Contest's prize structure includes: 01 First Prize, worth 200 million VND and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 4 Consolation Prizes, each worth 10 million VND and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The time to receive entries is from October 15 to 20, 2025.
Also in the program, the Organizing Committee held a summary and award ceremony for the Contest of Composing and Exhibition of Propaganda Paintings for the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and the 14th National Congress of Delegates. The contest received enthusiastic participation from agencies, units, schools and professional and non-professional artists inside and outside the province.
After nearly 3 months of launching the contest, the Organizing Committee of the Contest received 164 works from 32 authors and artists inside and outside the province. The entries clearly expressed the theme and content, had a tight layout, creative writing style, harmonious colors, and were diverse in form of expression and artistic materials, vividly reflecting the spirit of solidarity, belief and development aspirations of the Party Committee and people of Ninh Binh.
Many works are highly appreciated for their aesthetic quality, ideas and innovation in the style of creating propaganda paintings. Through this, we can clearly see the efforts of the authors to explore and innovate the way of expression, boldly overcoming familiar stereotypes in creating propaganda paintings with a topic that has been exploited for many years.
As a result, the Jury selected 16 excellent works to win prizes, including no first prize; the remaining included 3 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes.
In order to effectively serve the propaganda work for the 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 in the whole province, the Department of Culture and Sports has organized the printing and distribution of 8,000 copies of 4 propaganda posters, sent to agencies, departments, branches and communes and wards in the province, and organized an exhibition of propaganda posters at the Provincial Conference Center and some central routes around the Congress area from September 25.
Propaganda activities have contributed to creating a solemn and exciting atmosphere, encouraging the spirit of solidarity and trust of cadres, party members and people towards the Congress.
