3 Quang Tri farmers honored at the program 'Pride of Vietnamese Farmers 2025'

QTO - According to information from the Provincial Farmers' Association, at the program "Pride of Vietnamese Farmers in 2025" held on the evening of October 14 in Hanoi, Quang Tri province was honored to have 3 farmers.

The program “Pride of Vietnamese Farmers in 2025” aims to honor and award the title of “Outstanding Vietnamese Farmer” and “Farmer Scientist” to outstanding farmers nationwide. This is a meaningful activity on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers’ Association (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2025), not only recognizing the achievements of outstanding individuals but also affirming the close connection between farmers and scientists, between research and practical application, contributing to promoting sustainable agricultural development.

At the program, 95 individuals were honored, including 63 “Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers” and 32 “Farmer Scientists”. Of which, Quang Tri province was honored to have 3 farmers honored: Mr. Be Van Mai (Nam Trach commune) and Mr. Dang Tho (Ai Tu commune) were awarded the title “Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers”; Mr. Nguyen Dang Vuong (Vinh Linh commune) was awarded the title “Farmer Scientists”.

The fact that 3 Quang Tri farmers were honored at the program is a worthy recognition for their persistent efforts and dedication in labor, production and social activities. This is also a great source of encouragement for farmers in the whole province to continue to compete, innovate, contribute to the cause of agricultural and rural development and affirm the pride of Vietnamese farmers in the new era.
