Hiep Hung Commune inaugurated two rural traffic bridges

(CT) - The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hiep Hung Commune (Can Tho City) has just coordinated with philanthropists to organize the inauguration of two rural traffic bridges in Hiep Hoa Hamlet and My Chanh Hamlet.

Delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate Minh Anh 21 bridge.

In which, Minh Anh 21 bridge crosses the Ranh Canal connecting Hiep Hoa hamlet, Hiep Hung commune with Phuong Hoa hamlet, Phuong Binh commune (Can Tho city); Duc Dung bridge crosses the 500 canal, belonging to My Chanh hamlet, Hiep Hung commune. Each bridge has a reinforced concrete structure, length of 22m or more, width of 2.5m, load capacity of 1.5 tons, total construction cost of 460 million VND, 100% funded by Ms. Nguyen Hong Hai and Mr. Duong Duc Dung in Ho Chi Minh City.

Since the beginning of the year, through funding sources, Hiep Hung commune has built and put into use 5 rural traffic bridges, with a total value of more than 1.5 billion VND.
